Bio: Sandra Diaz is drawn to serving communities that value spiritual contemplation, physical embodiment, engaged activism and creative endeavors. She has lived in the High Country for over 14 years, originally to work for the non-profit Appalachian Voices. Since then, she has been involved in a variety of community projects. She teaches yoga for and co-manages Neighborhood Yoga, and volunteers with the Immigrant Justice Coalition She loves to practice yoga, ecstatic dance, ritual, art, and meditation.
